Haas! =)) Anyway, my diet plans are totally ruined! Cause of the chocolates.
But, its not gonna obstruct my 'beyonce- going to be'. hahas.

Just had my Korean language test. I think i ruined my oral test lahx!
OMG. i just screwed the whole test up! And 1 more thing, i forget to hand up my CNP journals. OH SHIT! its overdued for 2 days ready. Im gonna get my marks minus off now.
ARRGH!! its just so not my day!

In the mornig i went for sponsorship interview in KK.
Hmmm, i don think i wanna get bonded. Its a whole lotta being stresssed up.
I cant take up too much stress, so i guess i'll just skip it!
Because of that interview, i end up skipping FON lecture!

I just heard this from my grandaunt yesterday.
My mother has a tumour in her stomach.
And, first of all, my mother dosnt even know that me and my aunts knew it.
Oh gosh! what is happening?? What am i gonna do??
I just feel so lost now..

I know it was time for me to do it.

I look at the weighing machine in front of me..

Lifting up my right foot i stepped on it. Then, my left foot.

I look at the digits jump. I close my eyes.

THen.. I look at the results..!

MY EYES WERE WIDE OPEN!

I LOST 2KG!!!!

Finally its friday. Last day of the week means last day of school! =)) yippee.
Phew' school's getting more and more stressed up. Common test's coming within 3 weeks.
Up next will be my clinical attachment. Haas! wonder which polyclinic i'll get attached to?
Times flying past me before i can catch it. Before u know anything its the end of the week once again.

Basically, my diets doing well. But these 2 days im kinda lazy for exercise.

=(( ' i cant be lazy' i needa exercise to burn calories. Hahas.

Hmmm.. i haven got on the weighing scale yet, maybe i'll stand on it the end of this month.

I measure my weight loss by the clothes i wear. If its get looser, means i lost some of my meat.

Diet after 2/half weeks.

Tired day! oohhs. really tired day today. Lessons start at 8am, i gotta leave home by 6am. And so, i'll have to wake up at 5am. haas!
Reached pasir ris mrt at 615, met jason and then we slept in the train through out the whole journey. Thats one gd thing about sitting train in pasir ris, u'll always get to choose seats. hahas.

But, i finished sch at 1pm, had lunch with a bunch of friends and sat the train home SLEEPING. hees. =))

Diet is still going on. *confession: i just had an ice cream like 45mins ago? yeh, somewhr there. * and that means, jogging!
well, basically my weight is still the same.. but my double chin's almost gone ready, and when i sit down the 'spare tire' is not so obvious anymore.
No rush people, im on the right track. in no time, i'll be just sexy ya! hahas.

Finally met Jas. Woah, Miss her lots ever since poly started. Poly friends are 'Weird'. Haas.We met up at her school, Temasek Poly. There was so many people at the bus stop and we couldn't find each other. =))
Then, we went back to SPF to collect our o'level cert. Plus Plus,Taken lots of pics! Really didnt seen her for a long time, She became sooo pretty. Gorgeous.

Hmmm, my diet is still on.
Although i've just eaten a stick of brownie choc ice cream just a moment ago.. I'll have to jog for an hour den maybe just have a bowl of cereal for dinner. Going on a diet is a lil tough for me.. Cause i've always been the one who snacks on chocs and chips every time.
Esp, when watching Tv!
But i've conquered ice cream and chips for almost 1 month ready.. Until this afternoon, i've decided to reward myself. (once in awhile only) =))
